Subdomain and custom domain
Every company gets its own sign-in address from signup. From the Inicial plan up you can change it or replace it with a domain of your own.
Your subdomain
It is created automatically at signup from your company name: yourcompany.shtera.com. You can see it in the Domain tab of the panel.
That subdomain is also a boundary: only people from your company can sign in there. Someone from another company, even with perfectly valid credentials, cannot.
Choosing another subdomain
From the Inicial plan up. When you change it, the new address starts working and the old one stops resolving.
Custom domain and white label
Also from the Inicial plan up. You point an A record of your domain at the SHTERA address and verify it from the panel; only then does it go live and get a certificate.
Served under your domain, the panel carries no SHTERA branding.
