About the plans
The number of simultaneous dashboard sessions the plan supports. On individual plans, logins is the same as users.
Yes, Free included: every plan allows at least one simultaneous tunnel, and the number grows with the plan (2 on Básico, 3 on Avanzado, 5 on Pro, 10 on Empresa).
USD 25 per month, with 1 TB of storage in the user’s own S3 bucket, on top of the event auditing that already runs on every plan.
It doesn’t cost extra, and it’s available starting on the Básico plan (Free and Inicial don’t include it). The session text log and urgent WhatsApp alerts are a separate add-on, available starting on the Avanzado plan (1 number on Avanzado, 2 on Pro, 5 on Empresa) — Free, Inicial, and Básico don’t include those.
