Each server keeps its protocol (SSH, RDP, VNC, Telnet), its username and its password or key, encrypted before it ever leaves the browser. Connecting doesn’t require remembering or copying any of that — it opens straight from the folder’s list.
The result isn’t just tidiness: onboarding someone, offboarding them, or checking what they touched stops depending on one particular person remembering to update a file.
