Argentine Law 24.240
Right of withdrawal
If you signed up for a SHTERA plan as a consumer, Argentina's Consumer Protection Law (Ley 24.240, art. 34) gives you the right to withdraw from that contract within ten (10) calendar days of signing up, with no need to justify why. This form is the mechanism to exercise it, as required by Resolución 424/2020 of the Secretaría de Comercio Interior for every distance sale.
Withdrawing does not always mean getting 100% of what you paid back: the part of the service you already used — in particular, the cost of a license SHTERA already paid upfront to provide the service — is not refunded. See below how it's calculated, and the form shows you the full breakdown before you send it.
A SHTERA operator reviews every request by hand: the system calculates and proposes, it never issues a refund on its own.
