Recording and audit
Every session opened through SHTERA is logged, no exceptions. Unlike a desktop tool, it does not depend on the user switching anything on.
Audit log
Included in every plan, the free one too. It records who signed in, when, to which server and from which address, and distinguishes a password sign-in from a quick-access one.
File explorer operations, agent creation and revocation, and quick-access changes are logged as well.
Session recording
From the Básico plan up. The session is recorded and replayed later inside the browser, with nothing to download. Files are stored in your account’s own S3 bucket.
Upload is incremental: the recording starts uploading while the session is still open, not at the end.
When the quota fills up
At 80% of the quota you get a warning. At 100% recording stops, but no session is cut: we would rather lose the recording than the work.
