Plans and limits
Four numbers define each plan: how many sign-ins, how many simultaneous connections, how many servers and how much recording.
What each number means
- Sign-ins: how many panel sessions can be open at once across the company.
- Connections: how many consoles or file explorers can be open at the same time.
- Servers: how many you can have registered.
- Recording: how much recording storage is included.
The Free plan
Free, with one sign-in, one connection and ten servers. It includes Windows remote desktop, which is unusual for a free tier, and the full audit log.
It does not include recording or per-folder VPN: it reaches servers that are available from the internet.
When you hit a cap
Nothing is ever deleted because of a plan change. If you downgrade and end up over a cap, you are told what is over instead of anything being removed.
